Privacy Calling

Stylists and clients stay connected without ever sharing real phone numbers. Leo Lyn auto-generates a secure proxy number for every appointment — calls and texts bridge both ways.

Step 01

Auto-generate

When a client books, Leo Lyn assigns a unique +1 proxy number linked to that appointment. No manual setup required.

Step 02

Two-way bridge

The stylist dials the proxy number — it rings the client's real line. The client calls back the same proxy number — it rings the stylist. Neither sees the other's real number.

Step 03

Privacy locked

Real phone numbers and emails are visible only to owners and managers. Stylists see proxy numbers only. Data is encrypted at rest.

The same proxy number works in reverse — when the client calls back, Leo Lyn routes the call to the stylist who was originally assigned to that appointment.

Common questions

No. Leo Lyn auto-assigns a proxy number for every new client appointment. There is no manual phone number provisioning, no carrier setup, and no app installation required for stylists or clients.
Twilio is connected. Leo Lyn uses Twilio Proxy to generate live +1 proxy numbers for appointments. Calls and SMS are forwarded in real time — no manual carrier setup required.
Yes. The proxy number supports both voice calls and SMS. A stylist can text the proxy number and the message forwards to the client's real line — and the client can reply back through the same proxy.
No. Each client receives a unique, stable proxy number tied to their profile. If a client books with a different stylist later, the same proxy number still bridges to that client — protecting privacy across all appointments.
Proxy numbers remain active as long as the client has a profile in your system. You can deactivate a proxy at any time from the client profile if a client requests it.
Call metadata (time, duration, participants) is logged for appointment history. Actual call recording is disabled by default and can only be enabled by an owner with explicit consent settings configured.
