Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how subscription cancellations and refunds are handled for Leo Lyn software. For appointment cancellations between a salon and its clients, each salon sets its own policy inside the platform.
Subscription Cancellations
You can cancel your Leo Lyn subscription at any time from the billing portal inside your account. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period, after which it will not renew.
Refunds
Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable. We do not pro-rate partial months. If you were charged after canceling, or if a charge was made in error, contact us within 30 days and we will review and issue a refund where appropriate.
Payment Processing Fees
Fees charged by our payment processor on transactions you ran through the platform are governed by that processor's policies and may not be recoverable when a customer is refunded.
Client Appointment Refunds
Refunds for services booked at a salon are handled by that salon under the policy they communicate to their clients. Leo Lyn does not issue refunds on behalf of salons.
